put it on the mirror and run a ground semi trucks have too much fiberglass then make sure your radio is also chassis grounded dot use your ground wire of course it has to go to the battery, ground the chasis of the radio and run a good ground to the antenna. I dont know what ant your using but...

yes im ocd about the cooling i planed that from the go i already got the 667 coming, my 148f deads keys around 2 1/2 to 3 watts swing like 15 its a 15 watt radio on ssb im not sure

from what i understand they have a rougher model only from yeticom survival systems just for expedition rigs. wonder if you can run a 667 with it turned down?

mine is a red top some good 3 ga , the battery is on the passenger side and thats where it will come in 41/2 to 5 feet tops should feed that thing?

i bought a lescomm with a magnum sx 350 cabinet (garbage got rid of it) of any of the new radios i like the optima mk3, but for that type radio id get a galaxy 99v2 and a texas star, to me none of the magnum or stryker is even worth taking home
