Hi Guys, A friend of mine {real not me} a couple of years ago hooked his Miarge 2970 up backwards. Bad news!!! I got the radio going agian, Replace the 2sb754,2sa473,filter cap,repaired a blown trace. The radio will put out if I unplug the linear relay{8-10watts with mod.} but if I plug it...

Has anyone ever tried to improve the amp on this radio? Seems like my radio has always been under par compared with others i have heard and seen. I have tried every thing to improve this radios performance. Swing kits and a gator mod just made this radio sound like crap. I 'm starting to think...
