    Power setting are wide open on 15 meters.My meter is an Array Solutions Power Master.Not a cheap cb meters. Birds are 5% Array Solutions is 3%.

    I understand power would be reduced on 15m. Makes no sense to be doing 13 peaking 60 on am then 35 on fm then 8 to 9 watts ssb. I really wanted to work 15 meter mobile some. There's no trimmers to adjust so I know its controlled by software.I looked at service menu program. Not seeing any...

    I did also use a dummy load. no more than 8 to 9 watts ssb. Fm and Am was ok.

    I just got a new QT 80. Everything is ok except 15 meters. On 15 meters ssb power is around 7 to 8 watts. FM is 35 AM is 13 modulating to 60. I really got this radio because it would be a cheap way to do 15 meters mobile. 10 11 and 12 meters power is fine. . I figure power would be a little...
