all the content he was hosting for me disappeared and my ftp login has been gone for years, so i could not update any of it or add to it. so i went back to the free hosting i was using back in '96 and you just have to suffer with the ads.
I dont thinkk any of it is on the .org version.
Yep, still out here. Started a new job, and have been reworking my daily scheduling. I went from little to no free time, to none to little free time..trying to manage how I do things a bit better..
That being said, I'm out of town for training this week....
Send me an email with what you...
This is close, the input transformer T1 on the one I have, does not have a variable capacitor, it is similar to the Boomer with the 68pf cap. The Bias Resistors are 12ohm, and no coils on the collectors. Kinda a bit of this and a bit of the boomer.

Thanks for the help, Looks like the finals are no good.
C to E is bad on the left one (leaky) and B to E on the right one is bad (open).
I should have started there.
Thanks again.
Roger
Yes, I will have to pull the bases to make the measurements on the finals. Nothing looks burnt, nothing is getting hot. it does pass TX when off. it does move the wattmeter needle slightly when keyed.. (not even miliwatts) just minor deflection of the needle. The Boomer250 does look close. C1...
Yes the relay does click and it does pass tx when off. The Mrf455s have the switching voltage on the base. I will have to pull the Base (s) and make measurements.

I have seen someone post this model before, so it cannot be a totally obscure amp.
I feel it is a classic dual MRF455 type amp, so really any schematic with that transistor set will probably be close enough.
This amp has no output, the MRF455's seem ok. Nothing is visually burnt.
It was...
I appreciate that, I have had my original site on Tripod for years.
Tripod ads got worse and worse, Bennie offered to host my pages and I linked off of my main page to his space. After I lost FTP access, I could not update or add unless I did a local page link.
I still get many visits, and...
Its too bad, he was hosting my website pages. Had been for years.
He has not responded to my requests to re-establish my FTP access, in years.
I could not update any page unless I went local.
