    Tidradio's quality control is poor at best. I will never recommend the H3 to anyone because of all the failures I have heard about and experienced myself. I do have an H8 and so far no issues with that one.

    The firmware updates went fine and the both worked fine. One day I tuned it on and nothing, exchange the battery and still nothing. It's very dead! The other one was a battery issue and I was able to revive it.

    The antenna does not affect TX audio. RX can be better if the received signal is stronger.
