Superstar 3900 11meter not working

Howdy all, New to this site. I have a superstar 3900 and recently my 11 meter won't come on. When I turn the freq range knob, labeled A thru H and key up my radio, using my frq counter, all the frqs are correct except for the 11 meter. The few for cb channel 19 isn't 27.185, it's 25...,even...
