    DX-959 Bias too high

    DX-959 the mosfet driver voltage wont go down with VR-12. The corresponding mA rating is therefore too high. IRF-520's are used and the driver tests fine out of the radio. The final can be adjusted with no issues. VR-12 tests 100K out of circuit.

    Galaxy DX-959b no LSB

    Trying to align DX-959. LSB loses modulation when the SSB offset for it is set to spec. I have replaced the tuning coil, the Balanced modulator chip and still get nothing. I can tune it the point of modulation but then I am 1500 hz off. Any ideas?
