11 meter is very quiet?

Mudduck Radio (163 NM) has long had a great signal. Power or not. If it’s the worst thing said about him, it ain’t much of a criticism when he’s working AM-19 Skip.

This said due to the MANY blowhards who need to get OFF AM-19.

Sideband, I’d still be “using” his signal as comparative to others. Ought to be reliable re week-to-week consistency. Whatever his business faults he’s not about to look bad while on-air.

IOW, he might be irritating, but he’s reliably irritating.

Solar activity was low. Region 2840 (N27, L=036) which recently rotated
around the west limb produced multiple C-class events, a C6 flare at
09/0755 UTC and a C7 flare at 09/1050 UTC, with an associated Type II
radio sweep. Region 2839 (N19W20, Axx/alpha) was stable and absent of
significant flare activity. No Earth-directed CMEs were observed in
available imagery.

Solar activity is expected to be very low with a slight chance of
C-class flaring on 09 Jul, followed by very low levels on 10-11 Jul.

Iv'e chatted with a few but me & My Twin Lately have it dialed in ! No need for a Land Line except I don't get to chat with my " Southern Bell " Molly ! Had some contacts last night with Northern Nevada and Idaho. They sounded great!

This morning contact with 514 Central Washington State on ch21. He was funny, said SoCal was sounding bodacious up there! Seems like recently they have been getting pummeled with SoCal stations.

Good talking to Leo again this morning on 37 LSB. All of a sudden he was just there all in my speaker big time…again!

Getting to be a common occurrence when DX is rolling between South and North. Or Leo would probably say North and South.

Good North, South, and mid-West on both 10 & 11 meters.

I heard him!! I was being an ass and replying to his mumo jumbo but I don’t know if he heard me. He kept going on and on about his radios and procedure on how to get one...I switched channnels after that. I took a step back and thought to myself “don’t be one of those assholes on cb radio stirring the pot”
