And don't forget to correct for the difference between magnetic north which a compass reads and true north which antenna headings are referenced too. In some places it is not very different but in othef areas it can be a lot. Here the difference is 19 degrees. After you have been doing it a while, if you have a decent sense of geography, you won't even have to look up headings to know which direction to point the antenna.
