There is a distributor in Medellin that sells InChange semiconductors. I have bought about a dozen and all of them met their advertised specs. 2 actually exceeded the Hfe spec. Robb, if you can locate a distributor in Calif., get some and give them a try. Unlike rf power transistors, small-signal transistors from China seem to be pretty good. Call them for a distributor 1-800-828-7177.
