yeah, mouser can be a tough nut to crack when you first start using it.


i find it best to type in the keyword in its most basic sense, and then let the site walk you through it.

first select the right category, then apply enough of the filters to narrow down your results enough, then look through the list.


you really should have some sort of resistor in line with the ground wire of the clarifier.

its cheap insurance against a power supply short when the clarifier is turned to its most counter clockwise point.


even 100 ohms (since you have two right there!) will be enough.

it may shift the center slot a bit, but you can just tune those cans to get it right again.

always tune the variable cap first, and then do the other two cans on radios that have that setup.
