I have a 568 BLYC transistor pictured below. I am unable to find any information or cross reference on this. Can anyone help? Its out of a Boomer RX-100
Unfortunately it would be closer to the also obsolete MRF454A. This is a stud mount part and there are no substitutes manufactured today.
I just checked online stock and B&D Enterprises, has NOS Motorola MRF454A transistors from 1985, for $36 each. That's a good deal for this hard to find part. Replace both at the same time to avoid balancing issues. Actual matched pairs may not be available.
