Good stuff BJ. I was wondering the same thing on a few points as well especially the part ""which is what causes your noise level of SWR to elevate when you are trying to listen."

I'm still trying to figure out what the noise level of SWR is. I thought it was just because I worked last night and didn't sleep and being up for almost 33 hours was the issue. :laugh:

Also true about more stations using both polarities especially now with HDTV. Not all countries use strictly horizontal BTW and use vertical polarity instead. Those same countries also have a better quality transmission format than out NTSC as well.
