You have a few options on how to accomplish this. You can always homebrew one yourself, but it's simpler/easier to just purchase one if you don't feel like taking the homebrew route.

What you want is an interface that gives you both soundcard and rig control from your PC.

The least expensive commercially available product that I'm aware of is the BuxComm Rascal Interface.  The RMDIN model is the one you want for that radio.  Here's a link where you can order it for about $80:  RMDIN <br> RASCAL to all Radios with 6 pin Mini DIN Data jacks..More Info> RASCAL to all Radios with 6 pin Mini DIN Data jacks [RMDIN] - $71.96 : Zen Cart!, The Art of E-commerce

Other manufactures that make similar products are Rigblaster, RigExpert, MFJ, and Signalink.  These other types of interfaces offer various features that you should look at and compare to the simple BuxComm interface.  In my opinion, most people don't need these more expensive interfaces to do rig programming and soundcard modes.  However, there are specific use cases that may warrant the expense.

Hope that helps.
