830 coversion?

Can this radio be coverted for use on 11m?

I seen the warc conversion, but this one doesn't show

the 11m band on aux.

Yes, I'm talking about the Kenwood 830S. It has the warc mod, but there's not display for anything in the 11m.

Sorry this took so long...

Bottom cover off, radio upside down--



-bottom up

-pll board to right of vfo

-locate fixed wire plug ---left side of pll--- six wire plug

-second wire from front must be cut-white/purple

-optional single pole switch in series makes it switchable

-coverage will be 26.435 to 28.055, but display will read 2 megacycles UP, from 28.435 to 30.055!!!



Obviously different from the previous post, but I know that it was done to my friend Dennis' radio and it does work.
