Try a t2lt  vertical dipole much simpler. coax is at one end, so you dont have the messy feedpoint half way up like the one in that article. Electrically the same, and you can use the same conduit  and hardware.if you have already purchased it.[MEDIA=youtube]senQ5_fc5WU[/MEDIA] And have a look at the first half of this thread.
