well I took the antenna down off the roof and test mounted it about 7 foot above the deck in the back of my neighbor's house... also used about 18 ft of RG58 instead of 65ft of RG8

SWRs dropped in the CB band to around 1.2-1.0 I can;t leave the antenna mounted to the side of my neighbor's deck... lol so ideas?

could it I can't see it being coax related... but...
