ACER ONE NOTEBOOK/DIGITAL

I got this ACER ONE NOTEBOOK, and have downloaded some digital programs in it, but it fails to decode anything when even putting a cable from the xcvr to the notebook.
It has windows 7 in it, and am use to windows xp which I had no trouble with it.

Anyhow any suggestions on how to set it up etc would be helpful.

I had some problems with win 7 too. I had to go to control panel/hardware and sound/sound and play with the recording device settings. For whatever reason I needed the input jack to be set as line input and not mic input

Tnx guy, I got it to receive a few minutes ago, just like yours wierd adjustment, now to play with it to xmit..progress...
