Pulled from Sam's CB-105:
Q8 Audio amp: 2sc1312f
Q9 Audio driver: 2sc620
Q10+Q11 Audio output/modulator: 2sc1014d

You probably just wanted the 2sc1014d's, but I threw the whole audio chain in there in case I guessed wrong.

If memory serves correctly that is a Cybernet chassis radio so you may be able to find another older 23 channel CB with a similar Cybernet board and transplant the parts you need. This may be a practical idea with parts on hand. Someone please chime in if I am incorrect about the Alaron B1025 having a Cybernet board. I do remember the Alaron's had a very nice microphone and I and using one on my Pearce Simpson Pussycat 23 Base Radio.

Not sure if it is. I had a kraco with the same board.
