The old tube CB (11 meter) amps such as d&a, Palomar, wasse, Elkins, pride etc etc etc fall under which class? I'm assuming since they usually sound as good on SSB as they do on AM I can exclude class C. I don't know what it is in an amps build that gives it it's class rating so I'm hoping for a synopsis. I did do an online search but I couldn't find anything on the class distinction of the tube type CB amps I've mentioned above. Thanks. 73
