A repair like this most likely would require the replacement of at least the screen and possibly the back, depending on the construction of the device. The soldering most likely would have to be done with hot air and not an iron due to the small size of the component connections.

Find a phone repair place local to you. That's going to be your best bet to have it repaired, but be aware that most likely it's going to be cheaper to replace it than to fix it.
