Hello again,
So As i am doing my alignment i noticed that on my board i am missing TR27. Now i know not every mark part on the PC board
is used, But i did look at the parts list from the manual and it does show a part. So i have searched the web the last day or so
looking at every "MOD" i could find for this radio and i found nothing about pulling TR27? I have been fixing or returning to stock
all the Mods that i have found, but this one stumps me. Can anyone tell me what that transistor does or circuit its part of? The radio
works fine but i would rather make the choice of what "upgrades" I want in my radios.
Thank you all for reading.

Second transistor from the left. This appears to be a "bypass" for PA. When switched on the mic audio appears to be routed directly to the audio ic. (Circuit Trace 155)

Thank you, I would have thought that if thats the case the PA would not work or work correctly? As mine works just like it should? Oh well i guess i will just leave it as is.
