? Antenna for base

Here's my dilemma. I'm moving to Florida in a few months and im thinking of setting up a base station but i need an antenna that i can bring out use then put away (i don't believe i can have antenna in my development). I seen one on a tripod but cant find sight again and i think it was for 2m i need one just for cb use ( i listen to it like a scanner).

I bet you're allowed to have flag poles, right? Put a flag on the end of a Imax 2K and you're good to go!
