antenna for cb and weather channels

I've tried the "search" feature for this forum with poor results.

The question I have is I'm looking at a Uniden 78LTW with weather channels. What type/brand/model of antenna will I need to use to have good AM rx/tx and effective reception of weather broadcasts?

The radio will be primarily used for traveling (w/5th wheel) around the US.

Ideas and recommendations are appreciated.

Set the thing up as if it didn't have a weather channel. Whatever antenna you use for CB'ing should work just fine for the WX channels too.

I always laughed at the Wilson 1000 where it says it is "Weather Channel Ready".

Weather channel is eadily recieved by any type of antenna. Don't worry about that at all.
