Back to the i10k with sloping radials i find this A comparison of 10 meter verticals using modeling 

it seams optimum angel is 20 degrees for the radials

What's he mean on page 5 "dual 5/8 collinear"......is a collinear when you have sort of 2 vertical antenna   in phase ?????
