I don't know if this is what you mean, but,................ I was looking up a callsign, was kinda wondering what a KP4 was doing in Ca, and I found this......
look up KP4MD on QRZ, on his (nice by the way) page there is a section for WSPR contacts,
click on the WSPR SPOT LOG image.
it looks like a program for HRDLOG.net by IW1QLH and you can click to open the on line logbook
