Anytone AT6666

What do you think of the anytone AT6666 is it any good it looks like a pretty nice radio but not sure on the working part of it.The AT5555n not bad look also

I have heard good things about it but since you posted this in the Ham section am I to assume you will be using this on 10 meters? Ten is mostly dead and will be for several years yet.

Ten can be hit or miss but mostly miss.

I have had one for about 3 weeks and really like it. Everyone says it sounds good on AM and SSB. It has good receive also. Not sure how it would be in a loud truck though the volume is not super loud. Now I will post the odd problem I am having with mine. LOL

Oh yes the echo is not too great.

Looking at one thinking about it to put in car.I see some have them and they say they come tuned also but a 180w if amp works to.Is any of you getting email when someone reply's to post I'm not getting any and I marked it to get the emails

They're pretty muddy right out of the box.
Lots of modifications needed.
I like mine, but I'd never run a stock one.

I was looking at the President Lincoln 2+ and the 6666. The President seems to have more features. I have not seen or heard either one.

The President Lincoln 2+ is kinda useless for SSB with the incremental clarifier.
