This might seem like a dumb question, but I gotta ask: Under APRS Menu 20 "My Callsign", what did you put in KB1OBG or KB1OBG-7?

I changed the second entry to WIDE2-2 on my radio and it helped my beacons get into the digipeater more often. That probably won't help your message receive situation, though.
