As Hurricane Sandy approaches the area, Connecticut Governor Dannel P. Malloy has ordered all highways in Connecticut to close at 1 PM to all but emergency traffic. In order for ARRL Headquarters staff to safely make it home in advance of the road closures, the League will be closing at 11:30 AM (1530 UTC) on Monday, October 29.
