I like code, always have. Some of my best radio memories come from my CW days as a novice back in the 60’s. When the FCC first eliminated the code requirement, I was hurt, but later realized it shouldn’t be a necessity. What really hurts me now and still does is the total release of all the questions with answers. I doubt anyone besides a draft dodger would choose a doctor that received his medical license from some Podunk on-line university by memorizing all the tests. Am I proud of something I earned? You bet, and I'm more than happy to help and learn from any Newbee so they can someday be proud too. Sinful pride? Debatable, but I never claimed to be an angel.
