I don't think it's real. I have just never seen one done like that.

i have seen a few of those mics on ebay and i seen one or 2 in person at a flea market.
the ones i seen looked cheesy,kinda like that one does too.i dont think astatic ever actually made heads like those but i have seen other coins used too.
if it had been chromed to at least match the stand it could be cool.

That's the only other way I could imagine wasting money other than buying a d-104.

Damn Fnky,Thats a bitchen site.I saved that in my favorites.

I also saw this on e-bay and googled it to see what I could find,and I found this thread you guys had going.That things in tits cond. any way you look at it, you dont see too many of the d104's that are t-up9's.Id take the style of that over a silver eagle any day.I think they look a lot more antiquey.And that thing looks like it came out of the box.Its perfect.

Was checking out the morgan d 1-104 and ended up buying the mini d 104 that dude had. i didnt buy the mini night eagle but the little gray base d 104 with the silver head. i got 2 other custom chopped down d 104 mics so i had to add to the collection.

There was a guy a few years ago that did some nice custom work on D-104's. Some were painted in tractor color theme and he also had some with Turner +2 heads nicely mounted and painted. They were interesting and some were really nice.
