basic 29 ltd compare to 29 ltd mosfet issue.??

hello to all
been seen a strange problem with 29 ltd that have the mosfet mod done i have 2 29 ltd with e mosfet 2030 and 3 with just the 1969 finals
the 3 with the 1969 drive my amp just fine but yesterday i notice that the 2 with mosfte mod make my amp show some reflect compare to the 1969 those it has to do with r56 biasing part or the removal of c-61 or the removal of r55 just for the hell of it i put the mosfet radio back to stock=all the remove components back +1969 tested with my amp no reflect issues.quick cap as to my complain=example
stock 29 ltd reflect low 2 watts with mosfet mod dead key shows 22 watts of reflect and when mod is applied it swings back down to 2 w

update info

ok here is an update today i decided to see what is wrong with this radio ok when checking power with a 1000 hz tone and the top cover is on i see 9 watts rms from 2 watts dead key while watching the meter and i take the top cover off the watts drop off to 7 watts like if the radio is going into oscillation.????
so i'm figuiring this is part of my problem what do i need to look at that would cause this problem with the cover on then off different readings .????
