The Sun let loose an M9.8 magnitude flare on Nov. 28 and the four Coronal Mass Ejections (CME's) associated with it are due to hit Earth tonight and tomorrow unleashing radio blackouts, internet failures, and hopefully, once in a lifetime auroras....

I wish we could see auroras down here. We’re just too far south.

Nothing but wind and rain in the forecast here for the next few days, so no aurora viewing for us out here on the Wet Coast......
