Heres the situation, I live in a trailer park, and have one across the road too..

And Im going to have to put a Imax 2k in the yard for now bad as I hate to, and Id like to know what coax I should go with ?......

I guess Ill need to start off with a choke at the base of the SO 239, and go from here....the last thing I need is to have problems out of the neighbors...what diameter choke should I go with ?....
I read somewhere to make it and use 18-21ft of coax...

So Im willing to do what ever it takes to keep from this happening....
Ill be running a Cobra 2000, with a D-104, and later a 2 pill into a 4 pill HD...

I know this isnt going to be easy, but can I do this and not have any problems ?

Im going to order the coax in a few days, just dont no which one to get ...
So, really need some help on this install guys..

The best length of coax is whatever it takes to get from the antenna to the radio with maybe a little left over so you can move things if you want to latter. All the rest of that 'length' thingy is BS, or only for special circumstances. You don't have one of those 'special circumstances'.
The coax should be 50 ohms impedance. And at least RG-58 in size. The 'kind' of coax, the 'size', deals with losses. If your antenna is going to be in your yard, and if your yard isn't measured in acres, dang near anything will do just fine. RG-8 size is a nice all-round feed line. It's one of the 'larger' sizes which means it isn't going to be the easiest to make small bends in, but it works just fine.
Wanna get the absolutest most losses less feed line? Have at it, it's your wallet. You won't 'hear' any differences though.
Have fun.

(There's nothing 'magic' about any of this. Except for ridiculously picky stuff and advertising.)

since this in in the CB section i'll recommend 4 or 5 wraps on a 4 1/4 inch plastic , wood or air/tape former

Nope, no guarantees. You'll have to contend with that as it happens. How, or what you use is only half of it. The other half is what they happen to have and how it reacts to any RF. No matter what you've heard, the 'leakage' from the feed line is only going to be a very small percentage of what's coming out of that antenna. That antenna is what's going to be supplying the RF that causes any problems, very, very seldom is it the coax's fault. And while a choke can certainly reduce that nasty RF, it's also very unlikely to get rid of it all. It's not a 'cure all'.

If you are going to run an amp in a trailer park no matter what you do, it won't be enough.

If it is tvi that you are worried about, in my experience the further you can get the cb antenna from the tv antenna the better off you will be. In your case height may be the only option for that. I highly doubt you will eliminate it completely once you start adding power. while barefoot I don't have any tvi, dial it up past 100w and it obliterates the tv.
