I read a while back fcc authorizing fm,has it gone into effect? I also saw some ops suggested chnl 35. Anyone have more information on this.

So all they'll probably do is put a sticker on the box or radio saying "FCC Type accepted"Technically, the European versions of the AM/FM or AM/FM/SSB radios are not yet FCC Type Accepted for use in the US, and would need certification before use. But, that won't stop most people from using what they already have.

That’s channel 31 in Europe, but Americans by their nature are necessitated to be obstinate.What is the call channel in Europe? Maybe we should use that.
