Hey,
I have a laptop in my car with a gps mag mount sensor on the roof.. Mine acts up sometimes even with a barefoot radio. I notice the problem went away when I upgraded my coax.. Think they both utilize the vehile ground plane. Thats gotta be the charger.. try putting an extension on it and moving the charger to a different location
