Question check this out more I found ic3 chip the 6th pin in from the left not attached to board shouldn't they be all attached

Just looked at schmatic seems pin 6 is positive supply voltage unless someone before was testing but sloppy work if it wasn't re attached to the board
 
On IC4, the MB3756 voltage reg/T-R switch pin 7 is not connected. Circuit doesn't use it. On IC6, the TA7222AP audio power chip, pin 3 is not connected. That pin will mute the audio, but this radio doesn't use that feature of the chip.

IC3 is the AN612 balanced modulator chip. All 7 pins on this one should be connected.

Ok thanks the ic3 taken care of and it's working so someone must of been in this before for some reason good to go now.
