Cobra 25LTD Classic date of production Aug. 05

The noise blanker on my Cobra 25 sucks. When you flip it on you barely notice a difference. On my other Cobras it makes a substantial difference.

Is there any component value that can be changed to make the N/B more effective ??? (i.e. resistor, cap, etc.)
