Cobra 29 LTD Chrome driver & final transistor part #

Whiteout cb tricks up I can’t find the part numbers for the driver and final transistor’s. I tried looking on then physically but nothing on them?

The final should be a 2078 but can't recall the driver.

2SC1957 or 2SC2028. Either should work.

Old number on the schematic is 2SC1957. Pretty sure 2SC2314 is what we have used as the driver for quite a while.

Different generations of Cobra 29's used different Driver and Final combos.

29 23ch - 2SC1226 / 2SC756-2-4 (round can TO39, so not compatible with mounting a TO220 style like below)

29XLR - 2SC2091 / 2SC2092

29GTL - 2SC2028 / 2SC2029
29LTD - 2SC1957 / 2SC2078

29 Plus - 2SC2086 / 2SC2166

29LTD-ST - 2SC1957 / 2SC2078
29LTD-Classic - 2SC2028 / 2SC2029

29LTD-BT - 2SC2314 / 2SC2078

29LXLE - 2SC1957 / 2SC2078
29LX-Max - 2SC1957 / 2SC2078

You could use almost any combo. The Drivers are mostly interchangeable, and the Finals are too.

The driver in mine is a 1957 and the final is a 2078 (SEP 2018), pulled them yesterday to check them after I blew a trace.
