OK, I did it that way already, but I used a 1:1 current balun attached to the meter with two wire leads coming off that to the coil to measure it. When I do that, the meter reads: L(Z>650) at 7mhz, meaning it's out of the range the meter can measure. I'll do it again and move the frequency higher until I can get a reading for comparitive purposes.
