im currently on my 3rd cable TV box here ....

first they sent the wrong box ... just HD , no DVR

then i got the right HD-DVR but it was having digital noise in the pic and audio dropouts when playing back shows from the DRV . befor i could take it back to swap for a better working model the damn thing compleetly dies while im watching a show . no power no nothing , even connected it to another outlet that was powering a lamp .... nadda .

this 3rd box took two damn days to get the DVR function to work after having four ,4 , FOUR .... (DID I MENTION IT TOOK FOUR) "tech support" people/calls over 2 days to get it working ...the last three assuring me it would be on within an hour .

the HD-DVR now works , but im still getting audio droputs on a regular basis when watch recorded shows . i dont notice audio dropouts when watching shows as they are broadcast or when using "on demand" .

the internet is fast and mostly dependable .....IVE ONLY HAD TO COMPLEETLY DISCONNECT , POWER DOWN FOR SEVERAL MOMENTS AND RECONNECT THE COMCAST SUPPLIED MODEM AND ROUTER TWICE IN 6-7 WEEKS HERE .

ILL BE SO FRACKIN HAPPY WHEN FIOS IS FINALLY INSTALLED HERE !!!!!!
