ok here goes i got a Question or two.
theres this guy up in Erie Penn that supossedly does connex and general lee "factory repair"
Dons cb repair.
well had to send a General lee off to this repair place and then he sent it back and did not repair it
and wont reply to my calls.

he use to do the connex and galaxy and general lees but now only does the General lees
he said he hated the light shows in the connexs.

so few months back Copper electronics published his number in the catolog and hes all pissed off about the deal

so if anyone has any light to shed on the matter post away

also im looking for a Connex factory repair any ideas on that?

ok im going to retract anything that might cause ill feelings
after closer inspection of the box and the back of the radio the box had been dropped and the the backside of the radio was bent in a causing the problem
but Don did repair the radio he did call back today after a month and got all squared away with him.

so Ups is picking up the tab

All I can say is thats what you get when you buy a radio from Copper or H & Y, no support. Spend the extra 20-30 bucks and get it from a shop that does good tech work.

That sounds more like the Don I remember. I used to have him do all my Tech work years back before he closed his public shop along I-90 and "retired" to do the warranty work out of his home shop. He was always straight forward and didn't give you any BS. :thumbup1:
