hi all,

just ran across what i consider to be a very cool source of copper strapping for RF grounding and lightning protection, among other cool stuff.

maybe this place is already well known to many, and i dont know how their prices compare to other places, but i thought id let others know about them.

Georgia Copper - COPPER GROUND STRAP for GROUNDING AND BONDING

dont forget to check out the clearance section!

later,
LC

LC,
Good source of copper. Considering the price of copper now, I think it'd probably be cheaper to go get a roll of pennies and just make my own 'straps'!

(yeah, I know, but it ain't easy being this cheap. ;))

Gotta watch the copper pennies, though. I was paying at the local Safeway store and among my pocket change I spotted an old "wheat" penny. Got it home and checked - a 1943! It's older than I am. Probably not worth much, although the inscriptions are sharp and clear. Quite a lot of "patina".
