Some in NY are suing China. Good for them. Wanting a lawsuit to come about for unconstitutional infringement. A little more realistic but highly improbable. Have had the 1st, 2nd, 4th, and 10th violated. Did I miss any?

Missouri and Mississippi are also suing China. As much as I would like to see some
results I don't think it will go very far. Maybe if we get enough states interested we
could get enough support for the legislation below. I don't know anything about international law but at least it would be a start. Instead of individual lawsuits I
think the government should be allowed to sue on behalf of all Americans.

Here is something......You hear about the meat packing industry? Threatened with high numbers of "Chinese Virus" infection? Smithfield has been owned since 2013 by China. Not to say the media has totally missed this fact, I'll let you figure. These high numbers in Chinese owned meat packing industry......now, they do work in close quarters to one another, but the possibility of intentionally sabotaging to cripple the food industry? I hope everyone has been staying in health. I'm sure this seclusion thing is not for everyone. A major inconvenience. With the advent of Covid, the "Chinese Virus", it has become glaringly evident Democrats, The Far Left, Socialists (All the same in a Nut Shell) have jumped at the opportunity to Silence, Control, and instill draconian measures. Latest being Chief Left Wingnut, Cuomo, stating they are going to make "An Army" to track those affected by the virus. Along side this Big Brother measure, NY has decided that a "Do Not Resuscitate Order" blanket areas, apparently to keep first responders "Safe". The later falls right into the desire to control/ manage population per the Globalist ideal.
Democrats, Socialists, wish to try and convince you they are doing things "In Your Best Interests" or "Keep You Safe". Notice the Media Blitz, controlled by the 6 major media outlets....all of which are left leaning, "We are all in this together" crap. This is another catch phrase meant to make you "feel good" , while using tactics to tread on your Constitutional Rights.
I'm sure these Dumb-O-Crap folks are really looking to "Keep You Safe". Right?
Now with the afore mentioned "New Army" to track Covid infected people, I have no doubt the lunatics on the left will expect the Fed Gov't to fork over more Tax payer monies to pay for the shill effort rift with corruption. They have already been dupted twice, goaded to say by Trump. He made the statement "Only the President has the authority to open the US economy", the left jumped at that opportunity, flexed their Sphincter Muscles and gave birth to Violations of The United States Constitution. Then King Cuomo, is all for the 10th Amendment, only to use in violation. The Dem's, Cuomo specifically, wants the Fed Gov't to fork over tax payer monies to fund "their state run Chinese Virus Testing", and now this "Army" to track people.

When does the face appear in the stairwells, billboards, and buildings with that Socialist slogan......"We are All in this Together" captioned beneath.

This is why the US has to "TAKE" these holdings from China in Lieu of Trillions lost in US Economy. Then sell to American Company like My Pillow for pennies on the dollar, or outright give it away with only stipulation that forever holdings remain in the US.
I do not encourage US Gov't to become the owner.....too much like China there.
