i think the closest you will come will be the preowned and closeout page he has, i have never seen coupons. i have seen where he puts on a sale before xmas.
but then again i don't buy radios from him so i don't keep a close eye on his specials.

Clip your limiter
Well there's a place for a coupon code on his page. If he don't intend to use coupons, then why stick it on the page? Besides I've tried calling all day to place an order and someone picks up and then hangs up. I guess they just don't want my business!

People have reported that calling them can be futile sometimes.
I wouldn't get to excited about finding/using a coupon. I doubt that the discount would undercut any other reputable seller.
They did answer the phone when I called them to compain about the "FREE" peak and tune they done on a radio I got from them. They hung up on me as well. Seems they don't share the same concerns as I, when I bitched about them clipping the limiter in it. Hell, I could have cut the damn thing for free myself. I paid good money for that radio and didn't expect it to be cut up like that.
Just do a little research and find another seller who will pick up the phone and make sure you get what you need.

you mean the free peak and tune they advertise for free, but instead turns out to be a clipped limiter?
I probably made a big mistake but I bought one of those sky thumper mic's that looks like the rk-56 on-line just little while ago. They had the best price on them so far. I paid through paypal, at least I can get my money back if I'm dissatisfied with out any problems, paypal is good for that!
other things you may be alright with, but i will not buy radios from them. i have heard too many issues and i will not take a chance with dirty audio. i have a tech i trust and i am lucky, yeah i pay him right but it is worth it in the long run because of the quality of station and longevity of the radio.
p.s. just the other day i made a long range contact into south america to another forum member from my mobile, and his report was that i busted through all the qrm with loud and clean audio and this is why i stay with what i am using.
