Craigslist Search - broken?

the sites search results are omitting results with every subsequent search of the same term. The layout has changed slightly, and search seems to pick a category. anyone know how to fix it?

I enter *fjr* and press enter. I saw many FJR motorcycles for sale from dealers and several PP. I later went back to revisit an ad and I could not find it. I assumed it was sold and taken down, BUT, ALL the FJR motorcycles by dealer and several of the PP sales also did not show up. I searched fjr and got just one result for a body panel.

I want the site search to work, not the google search, which will also omit certain results.

they've changed their search. I do a search now and get all kinds of unrelated crap. kind of strange your having the opposite problem. it's more annoying than those idiots that fill their ads with slightly related terms to draw traffic.

maybe the asterisks screwed it up. did you try without?

well, I put * them in because people write it all different ways, and it would miss the most common FJR1300A. I swear it was borked and even the magnifying glass was showing as a color globe, but now it's back to a magnifying glass and seems to be working....?
