I have 2 questions.

1) L303 what is its value and were can I get one?

2) 47UF 350wv Filter caps have 3ea. solder terminals: A 47uf 350wv
B BLANK
C Negative Black

Ive never seen these before can they be replaced with Radial or Axial 47uf 400 or 450V caps?
