there should be a part number listed on the side of that L303 can.
You might have to pull it out to see it.

as for the old can caps, Unit 75 has already answered so i will just add that many times with these old can caps, they included an extra lug that was just there to serve as a tie point for other components.

if you want to keep the vintage look, you can remove the old cap(s) from the can and put a new one in and re-seal it up.
