Did Cubex go out of buisness...

Mudfoot: I think the VHF/UHF quads use a 75 ohm matching stub and then can be changed to 50 ohm coax...or can stick with 75 ohm coax all the way...I chat with and op that has a 6N2 version and it rocks on 2m...

And yes, their web home page changed address after TENNADYNE now owns them.
Still same products and service from what I noticed.

My wife's cousin just got his ticket. He lives 18 crow miles, but were in Southeast Ohio and the rolling hills get us. I can just barely hear a scratch when he keys up. I was thinking of putting up one of the "end mast" mount quads and leave it pointed his way. I'm thinking it just might work. I got plenty of 75 ohm cable left over from a scanner install.

He's got me interested in 2 meters again. Feels good to Elmer again.
