has anyone actually watched the video? The buzz happens when the amp comes out of warm up and the HV clicks on. It is in standby, idling away, buzzing away.

My first guess was a bad filter cap, one bad out of a bunch will make an audible buzzing sound. wonder why they dont use oil filled, they last forever.
